Who is eligible for the referral program?

The Sendit referral program is available to U.S. physicians and advanced practice providers who are BC/BE and licensed to work in the United States.

Residents and fellows graduating within the next 12 months are also eligible.

Participants must have a valid NPI and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Do I need to have a live Sendit profile to participate?

No. You do not need to actively work through Sendit to participate.

However, you must create a Sendit account so you can log in and track your referrals, status updates, and earnings.

All participants must have a valid NPI and verified clinician status to participate in the referral program.

To ensure referrals are properly tracked, your colleague must sign up using the unique referral link provided in your Sendit dashboard or referral message.

How and when do I get paid?

Referral payments can currently be issued via:

• ACH
• Zelle
• Venmo
• Check
• Other electronic payment methods

The status of all payments is tracked directly within your Sendit dashboard.

Payments typically arrive within 24 hours after approval, but may take up to 5 business days depending on the payment method and processing factors.

Are advanced practice providers eligible?

Yes. While the majority of clinicians on Sendit are physicians, we recognize the important role that advanced practice providers play in healthcare.

Clinicians eligible for this program include:

• CRNAs
• Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
• Physician Assistants (PAs)
• Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)

Participants must have prescriptive authority and a valid NPI to qualify.

Are there any restrictions?

Yes. The referral program is intended for legitimate professional referrals within the healthcare community.

To protect the integrity of the program, Sendit may verify referrals and contact the referred clinician to confirm legitimacy and identity.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Self-referrals
• Creating duplicate accounts
• Misrepresenting credentials
• Automated or spam-based referral distribution
• Coordinated or fraudulent referral activity

Sendit reserves the right to verify eligibility, withhold or reverse credits, and make final determinations regarding the program.

Will my colleague be spammed?

No. Sendit does not sell physician data and does not send unsolicited outreach. Clinicians remain confidential on the platform until they choose to express interest in an opportunity.
